What this page is: The fly-in page: anyone can RSVP by air or by car without signing in, and gets a private link to change it. Pilots read the arrival briefing first. Signed-in residents take volunteer spots here.

Arrival briefing

Arrivals

Arrivals 07:00 to 10:00 only. Departures after 10:30, once the marshals clear the taxiway.

Frequencies

  • CTAF 122.9: announce 10 miles out, on the 45, downwind, base and final.
  • No tower, no fuel on the day.

Pattern

Runway 17: left traffic. Runway 35: right traffic. Pattern altitude 1,000 feet above the field. No overhead breaks, no low passes.

Parking

Park on the grass west of the taxiway, as the marshals in orange vests direct. Shut down before you reach the grass line and let us push you in. Tie-downs are there for those who asked.

On the ground

Nobody crosses the runway or the taxiway on foot. Children stay with an adult behind the rope line.
